Back on the Air

April 2008 - (Houston, Texas) The primaries are over and KSEV AM 700 has resumed airing Back in the Day spots each day. Eight new spots have been recorded and placed into the broadcast schedule.

"The break was welcome, giving me a chance to think about where to head with these spots," said David Falloure, columnist with The Examiner Newspaper Group and voice of Back in the Day. Falloure says the hunt is on for a sponsor for the spots. "A sponsor means the station will give us a fixed slot in the broadcast day so people know when to listen." He also says that'll give an opening for audience tracking for the spots.

Anyone interested in sponsoring Back in the Day should contact the station or David Falloure via email

Since its initial run in a June 2006 issue of the Bellaire Examiner, Falloure's column has grown in popularity with the other three Examiner editions picking it up, along with the Fort Bend Sun and Katy Sun.
